Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Maintain Technologies LLC ("Maintain," "we," or "us") collects on getmaintain.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is effective October 18, 2026.

Who we are

Maintain Technologies LLC is a California limited liability company owned and run by Daniel Boules. For any privacy question or request, email daniel@getmaintain.com.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form. If you send the form, we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to add them, your company and message. We use this only to reply to you and to talk about work you asked about.
  • Spam check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile reads technical signals from your browser, and we send your IP address to Cloudflare to verify the check. We do not keep the result.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
  • Booking a call. The "Book a Call" links open Cal.com. If you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter and sends us your name, email, and the time you chose.
  • Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. It records the page, the referring site, and general browser and device type.
  • Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our own form code logs only event names and status codes, never what you typed.

We do not use advertising, tracking pixels, or social media trackers. We do not set cookies, and we do not store anything in your browser.

Service providers

These companies process personal information for us, only to provide their service to us:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security, Turnstile spam checks, and Web Analytics.
  • Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace: our email and calendar.
  • Cal.com: call scheduling. When you use Cal.com, its own privacy policy also applies.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages, emails, and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep normal business records. If we do not start working together, we delete them within two years of our last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months. Because we do neither, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still ask us not to, and we will honor it.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. Since we do neither, the site works the same with or without it. We do not track you across other sites, so a Do Not Track signal does not change how the site behaves.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
  • Get a copy of that information.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.
  • Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

We give these same rights to everyone, wherever you live. To make a request, email daniel@getmaintain.com. Tell us what you want us to do. We may ask you to confirm details that match what we have, so we know the request is from you. You can use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof that you gave them permission. We answer within 45 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. Form messages go straight to our email and are not stored in a database. We limit access to the accounts that hold your information and protect them with strong sign-in controls. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as Cal.com and LinkedIn. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
