An always-on voice agent that dials a thousand-lead call sheet a day, qualifies every prospect against the same script, and warm-transfers the hot ones to a live rep in seconds. About 10x the top-of-funnel throughput on the same headcount.

  • Sub-second turn-taking with barge-in, so the call feels like a call.
  • Compliance built in: DNC scrubbing, TCPA disclosures, calling-hours gating, full recordings.
  • Live review dashboard for recordings, dispositions, and start/stop control mid-campaign.

Multi-Tenant Community Platform

Improved a multi-tenant community platform (a native mobile app plus an admin console) for a growing community that had outgrown group chats and forwarded emails. The member app reflects their community; the admin console publishes with version history and safe rollback.

  • Native iOS + Android app with tenant-aware theming and role-based access.
  • Admin dashboard with versioned publish and one-click restore, so it's safe to move fast.
  • Row-level security in the data layer so every tenant sees only what belongs to them.
  • Email-OTP auth, per-tenant seed data, and an EAS-driven release pipeline.

Vision-to-Listing Product Pipeline

Built an end-to-end vision pipeline that turns raw product photos into live, SEO-ready storefront listings, with a human approval checkbox before anything publishes. Scaled listing creation from a handful a week to hundreds without hiring a content team.

Multi-Department Onboarding Platform

Architected and shipped a chat-native onboarding platform spanning six departments. One intake form fans out to department-specific task lists, auto-provisions accounts, tracks per-task completion, and powers a live leadership dashboard.

Workspace Administration in a Regulated Environment

Own workspace administration as the sole IT operator: OU structure, groups architecture, email routing, DLP, access control, vendor BAA review, and user lifecycle. Security posture is built around actual data flows. Audit how teams use collaboration tools, layer targeted DLP where PHI and PII actually move, and pair every guardrail with documentation so people aren't motivated to work around it.

Working with AI

LLMs are infrastructure, not novelty.

Claude and ChatGPT are part of my default stack. I use them for scripting, debugging, and summarizing tickets, and as the reasoning layer inside the systems themselves. The vision-to-listing pipeline treats the model as infrastructure behind a structured-output contract and a human approval gate. The outbound voice agent uses a small, fast model on a sub-second voice runtime. Both stay deterministic downstream, with a human checkpoint wherever the cost of a mistake matters.
